"Hi, Hannah and Miranda!
I just wanted to let you know that we received the replacement cage and were able to put it together this weekend (our first weekend home together in a while). It went together like a charm! None of the parts were damaged at all, all the items were there and fit together perfectly, and the cage latches are better quality than those on the previous cage. I trust them better, as our parrot learned to escape from the previous cage already.
Given the problems we had with the first cage, I was seriously considering not buying anything from Cages by Design ever again, but you ladies came through for us, and I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate that. I will have no qualms about referring my friends to you, because I know that if they have a problem, CBD will make it right.

"Yeaaaaa, its here and in! The hard part was catching 7 parakeets but there happy and the mom is still sitting on 5 eggs. Thanks so much, we’ll get more things from you as you have nice quality things."

Here is a pic of my new CFDS 1000. You can't see the birds that well, but...:) they love the cage!
I love it too. It is really easy to clean and I love the fact that I can roll it from room to room so that they can enjoy the sunshine!

I LOVE you, My birds LOVE you, We LOVE the cage and I LOVE CagesByDesign !!!
By the way ... the birds started nesting immediately after entering the new cage !!!

We got it put together and decorated, and I LOVE it. The birds do to.
